Yes. They're built for real life; water, adventure, recovery. Waterproof construction means they move with you from water to land without compromise.

What if the hot pack leaks?

The pack is sealed and durable, but if vinyl is punctured, don't use or boil it. Store safely away from children and pets. If you're unsure about disposal, we'd be happy for you to send the pack back to us at our postal box and we'll handle the ethical disposal.

Can I wear the slides without the hot pack?

You can, but they're designed as one system. The slides give you the structure and comfort to actually enjoy the warmth while your feet recover.

How do I activate the hot pack?

Line up the hot pack's logo with the slide's design fit and activate once inserted — or activate first, let it warm a moment, then slip it in. Either way works. If you have sensitive skin, you may like to wear a sock, worth testing this out.

Can I reuse the hot pack?

Absolutely. As long as the pack is undamaged and doesn't leak, you can reuse it hundreds of times. There's no fixed number of uses — it just keeps working. Once it cools, place it in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes until the crystals dissolve completely. Let it cool to room temperature and it's ready to activate again.
