Standard Returns Policy (Apparel Range)

All purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a store credit. Please note: EirWaves operates a no refund policy — all eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

Return Conditions

Any product returned must be:

•   A full-price item

•   In its original condition and packaging

•   Unworn, unmarked, and unwashed

•       Tags still attached, not crossed out or torn off

Exclusions from Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

•   Sale items (red-priced items)

•       Pre-order items

Australia Return Fees

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. The standard Australia Post return cost is approximately $15.00. We will generate the postage label on your behalf using eParcel returns. Store credit will be issued for the full product amount once your return is received and assessed.

Please note: there may be delays outside of our control when parcels are returned to our offices.
