Our Promise
We stand behind the EirWaves Heated Slide. If you try them and they're not for you, we'll give you your money back — no hard feelings.
What's Covered
The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to EirWaves Heated Slides purchased directly through the EirWaves website — including full-price and sale purchases — unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
• One claim per customer
• Must be claimed within 30 days of your delivery date
What's Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to:
• Any offer where the exclusion is clearly stated at the time of purchase
Bundles:
If slides are purchased as part of a bundle, all items confirmed as part of the order number must be returned for the money-back guarantee to apply.
How to Make a Claim
1. Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at support@eirwaves.com.au
2. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return
3. Ship the complete product set back to us — the EirWaves Slides, Hot Packs, and original box/packaging must all be returned together. Incomplete returns or returns without original packaging cannot be refunded
4. Send your return to the address below — return postage is at your own cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once we receive and assess the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Condition of Return
The full product set must be returned:
• Slides, Hot Packs, and original box/packaging — all items must be included
• In original or good condition
• Free from excessive wear, damage, or signs of misuse
• With proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
• If purchases a part of a bundle, all items returned in original condition
EirWaves reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions, the set is incomplete, or the original packaging is not included.
Shipping & Postage Fees
Returns postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Australia Post offers a flat-rate return service for $15.00. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return to Sender (RTS) parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or uncollected item, a $14.50 RTS fee will be charged to the customer. This reflects the cost price of the Australia Post Return to Sender service. EirWaves will contact you to confirm whether you'd like your order resent or cancelled. If you choose to have your order resent, standard fulfilment costs apply.
Important Notes
• This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
• EirWaves reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time
