How do the Heated Slides work?

Pick up the slides and insert the reusable heat pack into the designated pocket. The pack activates with a simple flex of the metal disc, and warmth spreads instantly.

How do I activate the hot pack?

Line up the hot pack's logo with the slide's design fit and activate once inserted — or activate first, let it warm a moment, then slip it in. Either way works. If you have sensitive skin, you may like to wear a sock, worth testing this out.

What temperature does it reach?

The pack reaches up to 54 degrees Celsius, which is warm enough for genuine comfort and therapeutic support without risk. Always test on a small area of skin first.

How long does the heat last?

The heat pack delivers consistent warmth for around 40min-1hr at room temperature. Duration depends on pack size and external temperature. Larger packs with more internal liquid last longer, and warmer environments extend the warmth window.

How do I clean and care for them?

Rinse with fresh water after salt water exposure, hose off any mud, and let them air dry completely before storing in a cool, dry place. The heating system is built to last through countless adventures, and the slides themselves are designed to keep up.

What's inside the hot pack?

The heat pack is 90% sodium acetate plus 10% other non-toxic components. It's completely safe for skin contact and delivers therapeutic warmth without harmful chemicals.

What's included in the box?

You get the Slides and one reusable heat pack set designed to work together as one system.

How do I care for my Heated Slides?

What safety certifications does this product have?

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The hot pack contains non-toxic sodium acetate and water. That said, always test on a small patch of skin before full use, and consider using a sock as a buffer if you have specific sensitivities. If you have concerns, check with your healthcare provider first.

Can I wear the slides without the hot pack?

What if the hot pack leaks?

The pack is sealed and durable, but if vinyl is punctured, don't use or boil it. Store safely away from children and pets. If you're unsure about disposal, we'd be happy for you to send the pack back to us at our postal box and we'll handle the ethical disposal.

When will my EirWaves Heated Slides be delivered?

This is a presale, which means stock is currently on the way. All orders will be dispatched in July once the slides arrive in Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Purchases made during presale will be dispatched in July once stock arrive in Australia.

Australia: After placing your order, please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch. During sale and peak periods, allow up to 10 business days. Regular shipping is 3–7 business days across Australia; Express is 2–4 business days. Please note delays may occur due to severe weather. Remote customers — we'll get it to you as fast as we can.

International shipping really depends on the destination and shipping method, but generally:

  • Standard international: 7–21 business days
  • Express international: 3–7 business days

Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel your order due to an order error, please email support@eirwaves.com.au and we will cancel if it has not been processed yet.

How do I return my order?

Apparel included in the bundle offer is not eligible for returns. Please refer to our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for returns applying to slides.

How long will my return take to process?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

How should I care for my EirWaves clothing?

Always read the care labels but a general rule is to wash at 30 degrees & let the product dry naturally – no dryer.
