Sunrise Breathwork with Eddie Nelson | EirWaves x Bondi Surf Girls

Sunrise Breathwork with Eddie Nelson | EirWaves x Bondi Surf Girls

Start your day the way your mind and body actually want: slow, grounded, and connected. 🌅

Join EirWaves x Bondi Surf Girls for a Sunrise Breathwork Session led by Eddie Nelson (founder of BRED and The BRED Method)—a community morning designed to help you reset your nervous system, breathe deeper, and step into your day feeling steady.

Whether you’re a regular in the water, new to the scene, or just craving a calmer start to the day, this is for you. No pressure. No experience needed. Just a beautiful space, good people, and time to reconnect with yourself.

Why you’ll love it

  • A proper sunrise reset before the day gets loud
  • Guided breathwork you can take into real life (not just the session)
  • A chance to connect with the Bondi Surf Girls and wider community
  • A feel-good way to support a brand and community movement rooted in wellness and giving back
