How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. During sale and peak periods, please allow up to 10 business days.
Regular Shipping is 3-7 business days for Australia. Express Shipping is 2-4 business days. Please note there may be delays due to Covid-19 and severe weather conditions.
Remote customers, we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel your order due to an order error, please email support@eirwaves.com.au and we will cancel if it has not been processed yet.

How should I care for my EirWaves clothing?
Always read the care labels but a general rule is to wash at 30 degrees & let the product dry naturally – no dryer.
