Refunds & warranties
All purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a store credit (there is a no refund policy).
Any product returned must be:
- Full Price Item
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
- Tags still attached, not crossed out or torn off
Please note, there may be delays out of our control when parcels are returned to our offices.

Unless faulty, a return fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your total refund.
Please email support@eirwaves.com.au, including your order number and reason for return. We will assess your request within 3-5 business days.

We do not have an exchange process available at this stage. Please organise a return of your goods via the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item. Upon receipt of the returned item, your new item will be sent out as soon as possible.
Please email support@eirwaves.com.au with details regarding the fault, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the product fully and judge all returns of faulty products on a case-by-case basis.
Faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item. Goods must be returned in packaging with labels attached and in the same dispatch condition.
